1. The concept behind my idea is all about Mental Health. I'm documenting somebody's depression and bi-polar through collage as I feel that I can express myself better rather than taking my own images and them being cliché and cheesy.
2.I found my inspiration through high-fashion magazines such as Dazed & Confused, iD, Love etc. Some of my collage's are images from interviews, some are from fashion campaigns throughout the magazine.
3.Yes, since the age of 13/14 I always wanted to be a photographer and it wasn't until I was 16 when I won a local photography competition did I pursue my ambition and get into the subject more before taking it on as a degree at college.
4. Usually to combat a creative block, I will watch documentaries on tv, go and buy the most recent fashion magazines, look on blogs or just go out and take a walk and hope an idea comes to me.
5. Bruce Weber and Steven Klein are becoming my most inspirational fashion photographers. Their photographs are always high-fashion and the epitome of modern fashion photography.
6. Since I was 16 I've always wanted to get more into fashion and more into fashion photography. I'd quite like to step out of my comfort zone more and go into another genre of photography such as documentary and doing this assignment will help me to do so.
7. After I graduate, I'm going to continue to work in Blackpool til the end of the year saving up money before going travelling at the start of next year. I want to do volunteer work in some countries and travel and enjoy others.
